Boeing is too large to play just for this angle; maybe they sub-contract some guidance system work to somebody public.

Just something else to think about when your looking at defense plays...

Over the past years of the IT boom, we've seen government agencies develop fairly large data centers to handle critical government transactions.

HOWEVER, while it's extremely efficient to have all of your eggs in one basket where you can watch them all closely... during periods of conflict, it's more important to be decentralized and redundant.

Decentralized and redundant... keep this in the back of your mind.

I won't mention the government entity that has suddenly reversed its centralized network and data topography, but the events of Tuesday has suddenly caused them to realize the error of their ways.
