The real reason for Rather's tears, IMO, is that he saw, before the crisis, the progressing reform of the media away from East Coast liberalism, and realizes that a bi-product of the current situation will be to accelerate the trend. As for Rather himself, I understand he's through early next year-not a choice he would have made for himself...

I saw and I have no use for the guy. If I met him I tell him he should cry for all the times he re-raped Ms Broadrick with his honorable man crap and head up his butt not wanting to find out the truth so he can live with himself.
