Hi kvkkc1; The basic fact that Bush faces is that if the only tool you have is a hammer, you have to treat all your problems as nails.

Military force and money are the big hammers that the US has, and money doesn't seem to do much good. But I really can't complain about how his diplomacy has gone so far.
