I suspect many or most of them were not employed in the first place. I personally don't see a link yet to the market, although it may come out that there were players with puts and shorts who were playing the attack (as a means to help finance more attacks), and I hope they are ferreted out along with the remaining cells. Would be like McVeigh getting government handouts with one fist while making terror with the other.
