I think it is. BAY will come into production when prices are likely to be much better. Silver producers have been loosing money for years and depleting reserves. BAY will be joining the group at the right time.

And if silver prices remains below $5... BAY will be the only producer making lots of cash. As it get listed and promoted in the USA, BAY stock will explode, I think.
