As a physician you should know that there are lot's of people who don't practice conventional medicine on a normal basis. I let 'conventional' [western whatever] deal with what makes sense to me rather than let the medical establishment dictate to me whats right for me. I know quite a few doctors that think this is just fine... and it has nothing to do with Luddites, although I'll say you should probably get over your hate for them... it'll make you sick.
