So much for the Saudi Arabia to assist the US in those dire time after saving their ass in 1991.......... Keep oil prices high as if the economy is expanding ........... and Prince Whaled (spl?) just stated on Monday on CNBC that they will lower oil prices to the $20 to $25 range.

While it's not their "fault", they are in the business of assessing risk, no? The buildings were a target of previous attacks and ongoing threats. Therefore the premiums they charged should have reflected it, as should their reserves. Also, they'll benefit going forward from higher premiums charged to everyone else. They do not need, and should not get a DIME of taxpayers money.

And while its not the insurers fault, sadly the same can not be said for the airlines, who put pressure constantly on the FAA to reduce security measures. They get NO sympathy from me at all in this.
