At this rate, I think that we might reach a meaningful bottom for the next 3 months today. For the first time in over 6 months, I see fear running rampant on the street. The near term bottom for QQQ won't be lower than 25. I am about to plunge in around 28, and average down. My 95% cash is itchy in my pocket.
