DearThird eye: Thats a lot of BS, has no effect on Seperation of Powers. Whatever Congress voted ONCE they can change in the future. I think it would have been nice to show Unananimity (sp?) on this one. I think shes and airhead. But, time will tell, and if I am right hopefully her time in office will be limited. Hate to pay her a damn pension. JDN

"I also find it ironic that Barbara Lee, who is so stupid on so many other issues, got it right on this one"

It must be scary for you to be with a minority of 1. Your statement indicates that EVERY SINGLE U.S. representative in the Senate and the House is wrong except Lee. Good luck.

When you say she voted her conscience, you may want to ad that she is dumb as a post on this issue as well. She believes that no response is the right response. She has also said she does not believe we can do anything to deter terrorism. Do you think that?

A perfect example of a defeatist. Hope she gets voted out big time.
