O/T - Terrorist Funding

Terrorists unlikely to mess with oil shipments. Their keepers would get VERY upset with them. You don't bite the hands that feed you.

Just out of curiosity, why would an oil supply disruption, which would cause a price spike, upset their "handlers"? Maybe flooding the market with opium, heroin, or cocaine, but I can't see oil being a factor?
