nadine, so, 2500 people define a population? this is reasonable and rational?

It is highly reasonable to point out that nobody had to suppress videotapes of the celebrations of the terrorist attacks in American or Europe or Asia because there weren't any -- there, people shared our grief at this atrocity. Having anybody, let alone thousands of people celebrate the death of thousands of innocent civilians is pretty bad.

at some point the arabs must accept the loss they suffered and get on with their lives

I agree. Point is, after 50 years they have not done so, and declarations to the contrary turned out to be lies.

you guys are fundamentally different than humanity and don't act "right."

I never said such a thing. What I did say, is the Arabs are operating from a cultural context that divides the world between the community of the faithful and unbelievers. This worldview makes the rule of the faithful by unbelievers essentially intolerable. This worldview drives generational conflict in the Middle East.

Nor did I say that Palestinians have no legitimate beefs -- I said just the opposite. What I also said is that they have no legitimate government, and more than half their beefs (if they were fairly aimed) would be with their fellow Arabs, who have done everything in their power to keep them miserable, for use as a weapon against Israel. Which is not to mention the four major wars that their fellow Arabs started, and lost, against Israel.
