Pete: Technicals are telling me we are near some kind of bottom here. But I can't say with any confidence where it might be in this environment. It could turn today or last a few more days. They are throwing away stocks here.

i remember brinker talking last year that he thought the 1400 level in the naz would hold. i wonder if this tragic exogenous event and/or other factors have changed his opinion. it would sure be nice to hear his current opinion on this subject.
