A family acquaintance 76 years old just had a massive heart attack. We had his daughter over for dinner last week and she said that he was very depressed because his savings were all in the market and he couldn't sleep. His "advisor" kept telling him not to sell. Sad.

today's rebound has immediately taken care of the fear that was budding at the height of the sell-off. the rebound was btw. effected by "organized support" in the futures markets.
