I think they buy back US bonds and notes. The money they pay goes into the economy.

I know that these are probably dumb questions....but where do they get the money? Do they have the power to print money? If not, I would assume that it is a zero sum game and that the Fed would have to eventually remove the stimulus.

I should probably stop being lazy and just go look up the answers....
