My QQQ buy this morning was stopped out for minimal pain, I'm back to almost all cash. Have order in on QQQ @29 flat.

Hi Zeev. Capitulation? It's starting to feel like panic. Spent just about the last of my cash on EXTR at 10.76; hope your rally comes soon . . . Thinking of redeploying some very conservative money (REIT preferreds, still in the green) into other things. What are your top value picks in the tech sector -- I'm currently holding AAPL, SNDK, VRTS, IRF, and a few others. BTW, the tiny amount of VLNC I still hold is in the green the last couple of days, indicating just how perversely that company trades.
