Jon: The irony is rich, there is still a disconnect between Wall Street's "mindshare" and Qualcomm.

But then just as a rising tide lifts all boats, the reverse is also the case.

The fluctuations are huge, especially with "program trading" and Qualcomm is vulnerable along with others.
