I couldn't determine if they knew what they were talking about or not, I'm sure they likely had some good data but the way it was presented seems like they also had an agenda. More and more tankers are being been used at times to "store" inventories out of sight of the market. ------------------------- Not long ago when oil prices spiked and we were suppose to have a shortage, fleets of loaded tankers were anchored off shore and mostly out of sight. Also I still see tankers still coming into the Strategic oil reserve docks and picking up loads. ( someone bought taht oil almost at the market top and they are still taking delivery. ) Just who or what it means I haven't figured out. Jim
