Of course it is. What did you expect?

i expect that when our president asks us for support to bring our institutions back to normal, that the support would come from both the general public and the institutions.

Of course I forgot that people have emotions and institutions do not. For them the only real thing is the almighty dollar. Now if i can get instituionalized..... <gg>
