Todd Harrison on THe STreet.com /real Money is seeing signs on capitulation, expects a sharp snap back rally....

He has been anticipating this since yeterday.

I sold some of my tech puts (that I have had since July & August) on SOX and IBM - I won't go long tech, but I think he may be near a short term bottom. Shorrt term may only 3 days....

ALso, the Premium for puts has become very high, and I have sold or trimmed my near term puts.

May start to look at some longs in the energy sector. Consider Occidental OXY and Phillips (P)

P dividend yield is 2.46% , and NO Persian Gulf exposure, but high cost producer. Heavy Alaska.

OXY has exposure various place , dividend is 4% (if they can keep that up) Has exposure to NG prices.

Both now in free fall... I will wait.

Best of Luck to everyone.
