Our defenses and intelligence agencies have been gutted by the clinton administration......we must have a strong defense built up to use a nuke offensive...it will take about 3-4 years to get the strength defensively to use the nuke.

For now you are right.....we don't have the defensive ability at this time to defend the ramifications. Clinton is responsible for that.
