OT Alaska housing

For a 3000 sq. ft house on a 1.5 acre lot in South Anchorage, about 300-350K. More if you want a view of Denali. Most lots are 1/2 to 5 acres. Prices have not been coming down in the last year, and everyone seems to be putting an addition on their house, lots of new construction.
