Leap Amends Vendor Financing Agreements to Reset Gross Revenue and Capital Expenditure Covenants

Imagine that!!! It's the end of the Quarter and as usual Qualcomm needs to sell LWIN shares to help make revenue/Pro Forma Profit/GAAP Loss targets. Not much fun trying to sell a couple of Million Shares of LWIN into a thinly traded equity over the next 8 days that would only provide about a $6 per share profit versus a $23 dollar a share profit in previous quarters!! So well get those VF Financing Covenants Changed more than 3 months before they need to be changed but just in time for Qualcomm to try and get the price propped up to start the selling process!!!

Amazing!!!
