The Yardeni model shows undervaluation already, as well as Bill's SCYR, which is comparing stock yields with interest rates. An interesting measure is price to book, which was as high as 5 at the top. I expect it to be below 1 at the bottom. Another interesting measure is the ratio of k market cap to GDP (sort of price/sales).It was 184% at the top for US markets. This ratio was just 130% in 1989 in Japan, and just 80-90% in 1929 at the peak. I also believe people stop talking about bottoms and volume is REALLY low at the bottoms. BWDIK.

I have to confess, I think AMD IS kind of low ... Maybe time to look for bargains.. Shoot!
