Copperfield,
We need to mop these folks up in the 60 countries they are in. A few staged gunfights and many dead terrorist would be a good first start for improving the spirit of the American public. No trials unless civilians are really watching. mike
PS I am usually a nice guy but I think we need the operatives dead rather than on trial presenting new targets.

You raise a good point, we have to expand our definition of weapon and intelligence to include the financial realm, which in this case may be one of the most powerful. Not only was Capone caught this way, but so have many spies. In this context, recruiting the Swiss may be one of the most effective things we can do, though if we ever did recruit them, I suspect it would (and should) be done in complete secrecy. Follow the money.
