...<Not on the DOW, IMO>... Are you serious? The DOW hit 3.72 on 5 day RSI this afternoon. At or below '87 crash levels. We are still below quadruple oversold levels at 4.91 even with a 260 + point bounce off the bottom. Rarely do you see the DOW get below oversold (30) on the stringent 21 day test. But in fact we are much closer to double oversold levels at 22.51. We are gona get strong upside follow thru tomorrow. Best Regards, J.T.
