<They are constantly battle of egos> trouble is one of them (hint India) is the 4th largest economy in PPP $, 2nd biggest in population and has interests in the world beyond its neighbor, like food sufficiency, education, empowerment of many layers of its society, and economic development. Pakistan with its focus on Kashmir, and one upmanship with India has spent too much(money and attention) on the military and too little on everything else.
