James Chellis....agree re: telecom usage......plus other factors will increase demand for telecom services....growing population, for one thing. Then there is the continuing growth in use of the Internet...heck, even bin Laden's guys supposedly sent encrypted messages over this medium. Think of the possibilities! Even the FBI, CIA and Secret Service are opening up new lines just to track the devils.

Global Crossing <GX> already has the network in place for all of this. Been channel trading GX daily but once the markets look up I think GX will not only be a survivor but a nice investment too.
