I think those are some excellent ideas. I especially like the interest payback of principle one. What do you mean here- If no one pays capital gains (or all pay at the same low rate)- how would there be any loop holes? Isn't it simply making a differentiation between investment income and wages. >I mean a rate substantially less than that for ordinary income and substantially less than income adjusted for inflation simply creates lots and lots of loopholes< Regards, TW
