I wouldn't rule out an intermediate bottom for tech. Just think non-tech has a ways to go before a good bottom is in ... good luck.

I almost never respond to messages of people "buying tech for the bounce."

I am sorry to see this happening, though. These stocks are nowhere near paying for themselves with income and dividends and they only look good because they are so much lower than they were at one point. There may be exceptions--and BIG exceptions--but moslty these are will'o'the wisps.
