"I think the matter is unfixable"

Jerome, it may well be, but there is some urgency, in my
view of reviewing what has or has not worked in the past,
while establishing a new approach to the threat of terrorism, which is no longer "theoretical"

Namaste!

Jim

Jerome, I really don't have a problem with the way CIA operates. I have a very big problem with what it does. Earlier I posted an example of a what I deem as appropriate inteligence regarding RCMP and Party Québécois. They monitored the organization for violent activities, but refused to interfer with the democratic process. Similarly, the state department should make it a policy that unless American lives are in danger, they will keep out of other people's business.
