I don't invest in financial companies, but there are plenty of banks with great dividend yields if you want to play that game. Tobaccos (MO, RJR, UST) are obvious. If you want sin without the lawsuits, Diageo (DEO) has a decent yield. And rather than the airlines, you could go with Princess (POC) a much better business which is more likely to survive the current crisis and will bounce back quite nicely if the travel business recovers.

This is just an off the cuff list, and I'm not recommending any of it. Do your own DD. I'm not invested in any of the above except a little tobacco. I'm semi seriously considering Diageo, but I've been doing that for about 5 years now. My current choice is the take 2% and wait option. I think there will be some sweet deals before all this is done.
