Dear Dave: And what would you say if a foreign power through terrorists were able to poison the water supply of say LA county, or release an airborne blast of Anthrax over say everything West of the Rockies? then would there be a place? IMHO there are things worse than Nukes and possibly terrorist organizations may have access to them. JDN
