Do we KNOW where the President was on Tuesday? Just find the plane with Air Force One markings that had to send out for the most laundry and you will know where Bush was!. TP Why did Cheney tell Bush to fly to Louisiana? Because Al Haige wasn't in the White House.

Andrews AFB, Camp David, nuke-proof command and control centers.
