Acclaim Energy??!!!. How long did you look to find one dinky trust that hasn't declined?

---------- Not long I replied almost as soon as I saw your posting.

And you honestly believe that
that makes your point?

---------- Your exact words from post # 1505. --- The "past months price histories" as you put it are as follows (I'll use 4 trusts as an example but they're all in the same boat): ----- Notice how it is ALL IN SAME BOAT

What about all the rest of them that have declined?

---------- Your contention was that they were all in the same boat. They are NOT.

One small trust goes up marginally, and
the rest go down 10-15%, and you honestly believe you've made your point?!

---------- They went down marginally 10% that is not huge that is not even large. 10% moves happen to the trusts all the time. The much larger moves don't. And your whole assertion was that the pricing issue was such of tremendous influence that the trusts were all having huge losses because of it and this was causing the prices to collapse. Well the prices are only now collapsing and it is a result of a real problem and not an imagined one. And it is good to see that you can't even explain why that inbetween the dates you choosed the trust had some daily upward moves. Thats just not consistent with a real and tremondously huge loss happening. And then the biggest kicker of all is that you still have not provided the data I had asked for

SHOW ME --- THAT TRUST A, HAS SOLD X AMOUNT OF GAS, FOR X AMOUNT OF DOLLARS ,AT X AMOUNT OF DOLLARS BELOW THEIR COST OF PRODUCTION

You told me to phone and ask the trusts themselves. So I did, the result. NOT ONE HAS SOLD ITS GAS AT A LOSS NOT EVEN A SMALL LOSS. I urge any and all to do the same

I'm uncertain as to whether you are
genuinely stupid, or simply so egotistical that you're unable to admit you're wrong.

------------ You haven't shown any conclusive proof. None whatsoever. And the more I ask for some the more determined you are to not provide it. Then just tell everyone that they have to take your word for it with very little to back that word up. What little you do provide can so easily be countered.

In any event, it has been suggested to me by a number of posters that responding to you is a waste of time, and I
agree with them.

------------ You don't wish to respond because I question so strongly your assertions. And I demand solid proof. As all trust investors should. Now that the others will not have to listen to your insults and name calling. All very good comebacks to solid facts and data I might add.. (NOT). The discussion on this thread can get back to real issues and not imagined ones.

From here on in, Peter W.Pompous, you are on ignore

----------- Well gee that just breaks my heart. Your inability to provide any worthwhile debate was just wearing a little too thin.
