It is a matter of truth & or fraud. Should the bankers somehow be different from the rest of the world? If you or I have our home burned, we dare not try & tell our home insurance company our Hope Diamond & Starry Night
by Vincent Van Gogh went missing. We need have it insured with them listed on the policy at the time of the problem & then we'd still need to prove possession & ownership at time of the loss. Then they'd still - even if both were true & we could prove it - give us HELL about getting the pay off & it would be very slow.

When my mother passed, I learned all about "business is business". It took one of those bastard insurance companies 28 months ot settle on a crummy $2000 policy. I had to prove I was her son, by sole brother was also her son, we were the persons named on the policy, that her death was of natural causes - not an excluded cause, that there were on other parties(hospital & or Doctor) which might be liable,
and lastly that we had in no way been "involved" in her death. 21 letters, 21 copies of the Death certificate - five of which they "lost", and a letter from lawyer($240), then, at last, a call to the attny. general of two states!!!
