Key points of COMS CC:

-First Q of no fall in rev on the telecom side
-no slow down in Europe as was expected
-US enterprise target for sales were met

-GigE sales have been slower than anticipated the last 2 Q's from the view of COMS and Dell Oro group.

New products coming.

Management has bought 1 mil shares on Monday. Average price $3.25 to $3.50. Do not expect to do more. Was done to stop slide.

1.45 bil in cash

burned $317 mil in charges, expect $200 mil next Q due to re-structuring

will be cash flow positive in Q2 (next Q)

DSO 45 days down from 55 days last Q

Cap Ex will be 10 mil, down from 29 mil,

GM in Q2 low 30's, Rev flat, 200 mil burn due to leases and timing of delayed payments, cash will not fall below 1 bil during re-structuring
