I have received several of those types of letters at my office, usually originating in Nigeria. I have turned them over to the Secret Service for investigation. Do not respond.

No, I didn't receive it; apparently I don't have the right connections. :-) I would agree with jlallen's comments, though. EXTREME caution is in order. That's the bait; you haven't seen the hook yet.
