I thought you would like the strategy used by Seabridge, since it is somewhat similar to what National is doing. I don't think they have much chance in developing their Oregon property, given the environmental lobby there, but it still might be worth the effort.

Friedberg Mercantile Group seems to be backing them, so I would be interested in seeing where else they are putting funds. Website: friedberg.com
