You proffered and asked why. I explained the most publicly known repeating actions of mr. bill while in the White House. I don't call that harping. An engineer first asks, How much time was spent on what activities? What activities do we know about and why? We only know these these things because of the wise choices of mr. bill in selecting partners and how his wise handling of the matter kept these woman emotionally content.
