That's simply not true. We invaded Haiti without a single person losing a life. We have a strong presence in Yogoslavia and have ended the genocide there with few lives lost. What's wrong with that accomplishment. Reagan did a great job in Lebanon, at what cost? How many lives were lost in the Gulf, and we gained what? Saddam is still in power.

"Nothing was accomplished in 8 years. He had a GREAT time and the country coasted. Time to pay the piper." I'm better of now financially that ever before. I put that down to how clinton ran the economy. Clinton instituted the commission to look into the terrorism threat, and commission published the study last fall. Bush W. dragged his feet getting around to looking at the recommendations of the report, he's paying the piper, not clinton.
