Jerome, The rally will be led by big caps, no doubt. Ultimately cash pays so little that some investors will seek safety in dividends and others will look to the big cap growth. When??? Dow holding 8500 would be a good sign and nasdaq staying above 1500 would be great or at least staying above 1998 bottom. mike PS Some talk of a tension withing bush admin between hawks and doves. Hawks want to expand the war to iraq and bekka valley. Doves like Colin Powell want to concentrate on afganistan and bin ladin and his networks. Afganistan surrounded by moslem nations like iran, pakistan and former soviet states. All would like to see Taliban go. Iran may play key role.
