No that is not war that is crime. Take them out on a local level and national is wide spread. The problem Liberals have is they do not understand the difference between crime and war. Crime in Afghanistan is the assassianting and murdering of their own people by groups within their charter that are supported by the government but once it festers to leave that charter it is war. The US declare war on the Mafia and these cells are under attack if the liberals would pay attention the news.
