Well said. Everyone gives credit to Clinton for the good economy. That is the biggest joke running. Clinton did everything wrong and the economy kept jugging despite his bungling. Did anyone notice the extent to which taxes INCREASED during his administration? He bumped up all the numbers and even added a bracket! Again, if you know anything about aggregate demand and econ 101, the big T in the equation tells us that taxing the consumer to death shrinks aggregate demand, which causes contractions. The health of our economy for 8 years was a result of Clinton's predecessor, not him. Unfortunately, for President's, it is always their successors who get the benefits of the things they do right. Fortunately, for Clinton - unfortunately for Bush senior.
