Joseph, i'm trying to be flexible and keep an open mind about that...in the near term it seems to me that the '98 lows or perhaps slightly lower should hold...basis Wilshire Total Market index. longer term i'm looking for even lower prices however. imo the NAZ is likely to visit triple digits before the bear is over, and i also look for the SnP in the 700ds, possibly next year. however, i may revise that outlook depending on market action.
