Jewel, I have used CLKS development tool (ToolBook) successfully on several high-profile client engagements (GE Corporate Audit Staff, GE Card Services, Department of Navy, WorldWdie Retail Exchange). I think its great for the hiche it is in. Unfortunately, CLKS is moving their focus away from TBK stand alone and toward their LMS (ingenium) and the ASP_style learning hosting services (eLN) -- both of which are way overpriced for what you get and are being oversold by the sales staff, leaving a number of companies that I've seen very unhappy ("I'm never going to upgrade to 8.1"). They're also trying to bundle all this together under the 'Aspen' banner. Accenture (nee Andersen Consulting) is helping them trumpet Aspen. In my highly jaded opinion, anything ACN is in -- they will take all the credit and money in the end. JMH(&J)O, KD
