I evaluate all the same way. We just look at the public records of first hand testimony. mr. bill cums from a place that is totally unique and showed stupidity beyond compare. The rest of public like decision like pardons show a fool out of touch with what an honorable American is. The fact that the fool did not understand the implications of his action just clearly show a ninnyhammer.
