Are you familiar with the campaign of Alexander in the now Afghanistan? He won. One of the few. Alexander was remarkable in the use of local infantry. With the mass exodus of Kabul and Kandahar I expect both capitals could be taken with less than a division of spec ops troops. They could be used to rally the Northern Alliance into a truly effective fighting force for the extermination of the Taliban. The Northern Alliance could also be used as intel for "bug hunts" to wipe out obl.
