Welcome Tradelite, Looking for quality rather than quantity here. Seeds for a rally are in place. Dow has a bullish non-confirmation low today. NAZ has held nicely above it's low while S&P made double bottom this a.m. Combine that with extreme VIX readings and ticks over -1000. Any change to the positive in sentiment and we could have quite a rally. Of course the reality of world events makes one pause.
