no the attack on world trade center and the pentagon cannot be justified. neither can the atrocities committed by our own government. of course americans aren't interested when terrorists bomb embassies in africa. we don't care when our government murders civilians abroad. we tell israel to be peacemakers when they are continually terrorized on practically a daily basis, but then we demand bloodshed when it comes home to roost. hypocrites
