They have a lot of land both thru CP and through regular channels. Remember PanCanadin was producing Offshore Oil on the east coast first and a full 10 years before Hibernia and Sable came online. As a resulty they bid on every land sale offshore there for the last 15 years- I had a map here but its three years old and it had every license and PCP was big - maybe not the biggest but I suspect with the work they had done they only wanted certain areas. Currentky they are between production wells as the last one shut down a year ago or more after 50MM barrels popped out. They have the current gas find that will be brought online - I completely forget the timeline
